Generic Manipulators

The customer's request was to feed helicoil in harmonic steel and screw them, with torque and angle control, into aluminum motor heads, verifying that the driver once broken did not remain inside the head itself. The solution was to use a rotary table with five positions, loading / unloading, screwing 1,2,3 and laser marking. We have created an ad-hoc gripping hand for screwing, breaking and intake the helicoil and its driver. The PLC of control communicates with the customer's MES to obtain the work data (batch, serial number) and objectify the production data by adding the torque and angle values to the report relating to each individual piece produced in reference to the serial number marked with laser.
