Functional benches dedicated to a single product
For simple functional testing applications that do not require demanding automation or integration in high speed production lines and for this reason are not seen to be assigned important spending budgets. We carry out inexpensive dedicated tests that integrate everything needed to test the specific desired object. Testing almost always consists of a small touch screen for HMI, the test electronics and a dedicated placement for mechanical positioning and electrical contact of the part to be tested.
In the photos we present many of our creations in order to identify the type of functional tester. Each machine in this category is unique, as the technical solutions are adapted exclusively to the product for which it was designed.
